On the 1st game, Mark Smith limited the Canes to 4 runs and Joel Blinkley connected 2 doubles, a triple and brought in 4 runs in an 11 hit effort by the team in taking the game by knockout 14-4
2nd Game
On the second game, Sean Shackley turned a similarly strong performance allowing 4 runs (3 earned) while Mark connected his 2nd HR of the season for the B team and Jose Santos started a comeback rally with a bases-loaded double that cleared the bases and was followed by consecutive doubles by Mark, Colin Woods and Shack to open the score 11-4 in the third. Jsoe and Mark batting 2 and 3 in the order combined to bring in 7 runs to the cause. Aslo in a show of speed and aggresiveness led by Stephen Rogan, Shack and Aodhan Hamill, the stars stole 14 bases on the game. Final score 14-4 knockout in favour of the Stars B leaving the team with a 6-3 Record, tied 2nd on the table with the Hurricanes.
